The Cleveland Guardians might lose their best pitcher at the trade deadline.
Shane Bieber is rumored to be on his way out, as the team could look to trade him instead of losing him as a free agent.
That’s a massive blow to an already decimated rotation.
Fortunately, the team has plenty to choose from in the farm system, with Yorman Gomez dominating in the minors.

The 22-year-old has been one of the brightest spots in the system this season.
The right-hander has been impressive in his first two outings in Double-A.
He recently picked up the win for Akron after tossing four scoreless innings, with four hits allowed, no walks and two strikeouts.
Gomez threw 57 pitches, 36 of which were strikes.
He’s given up one earned run in nine innings, allowing six hits and four walks while striking out seven.
His full-season numbers are equally as impressive, starting with a 10-0 record.
He’s thrown 85.0 innings, giving up 61 hits with 33 walks, 90 strikeouts and a 2.65 ERA.
It may take a while before Gomez makes his way to the majors, but judging by what he’s shown so far, he looks like a star in the making.
