2024 has been an exciting year for the Cleveland Guardians.
After a mediocre and rather forgettable 2023, the Guards are returning to the postseason this season and will be doing so as one of the two best teams in the American League.
The year has been full of positives: a first-year skipper has had a Manager of the Year – type of season, young talent has developed nicely, the veterans have responded, and team star Jose Ramirez is having one of his finest performances.
As a result, the fans have been a part of the Guardians journey.
“Guardians have had 14 sellout crowds this season, their most since 2001 (the year their then-record 455-game sellout streak ended). They’ve surpassed 2 million in attendance for the first time since 2017. Good stuff, Cleveland,” team insider Zack Meisel posted on X.

Their most sellout crowds in 23 years is nothing short of amazing.
As you can see, Cleveland fans are invested in 2024 and are eager to see what this squad can do.
This is what happens when you give fans a reason to go to the stadium.
Put together a strong, competitive team with personality and the fans will go watch them.
This applies to all sports: if you want supporters to fill the seats, they got to have a reason to do so.
In this case, fans see a similarly exciting team than that of 2022, but with more power and, if it’s possible, an even better bullpen.
The rotation is not as good, but the overall ceiling of the 2024 Guardians is very, very high.
