Four Cleveland Guardians were named finalists to win the 2024 Gold Glove award at their respective positions.
Jose Ramirez and Brayan Rocchio both felt short at third base and shortstop, respectively, but Steven Kwan and Andres Giménez were named winners at left field and second base.
Both Kwan and Giménez received the prestigious fielding recognition for the third time in a row.
On Sunday, we got to see both Guardians star fielders proudly showing their hardware.

Guardians of the Land, a famous account on X that posts team news, analysis and commentary, posted a couple of pictures.
In one of them, we see the Gold Glove award winners at left field: Kwan in the American League and Chicago Cubs Ian Happ in the senior circuit.
In the other photo, there’s Giménez showing his prize with the National League winner at second base (and Platinum Glover, too) Brice Turang.
Giménez had a very good case to win the Platinum Glove for the second time in his career, but in the end, that award went to Seattle Mariners catcher Cal Raleigh.
Giménez is happy with the Gold, though, knowing that he had enough qualifications to win Platinum but it wasn’t his decision and depended on other people.
He was a magician at the keystone, with 29 Defensive Runs Saved (DRS) and 19 Outs Above Average (OAA).
Kwan was also impressive and added nine outfield assists to his excellent metrics.
The left side of the Guardians defense is, without a doubt, the best in baseball with three Gold Glove finalist and a winner in Kwan.
The right side is not too shabby, led by Giménez.
Both defensive stars are a big reason why Cleveland always ranks near the top of the league in fielding.
