The Cleveland Guardians will look to keep their momentum going next season.
Fortunately for the fans, there will be plenty of opportunities to watch them, even for those who aren’t in Cleveland.
As reported by Joe Noga of Cleveland.com, the team will play two nationally televised games early in the campaign, both against American League East Division foes.
The Guardians’ matchups with the Baltimore Orioles and New York Yankees will air for national audiences:
“TNT Sports announced the first half schedule for its MLB Tuesday showcase games on TBS and streaming on Max. Cleveland will take on the Orioles in Baltimore at 7 p.m. on April 15, and the Guards return to Yankee Stadium at 7 p.m. on June 3 for an AL Championship Series rematch with New York,” Noga said.
It’s also worth noting that all MLB playoff games will air on TNT Sports, and studio shows and coverage will also be available on the TBS app for mobile devices, connected TV devices, tablets, and TBS.com.
They will also be available to stream live on MAX’s B/R Sports.
The Guardians exceeded all expectations last season and didn’t have much trouble running away with the divisional pennant.
They kept their foot on the gas early in the postseason and looked poised for a World Series berth before coming across the eventual America League champions, the Yankees.
Hopefully, this season will bring a better outcome.
The team has been rather silent for most of the offseason, but with most of the core returning for another year, there’s no reason to believe they won’t be as good or even better.
