After a 92-win season and an AL Central title, the Cleveland Guardians barely had to break a sweat to get over the Tampa Bay Rays in the Wild Card round.
The team advanced to the ALDS, where they would ultimately fall short against the New York Yankees in a five-game thriller.
With the offseason in full swing and the Winter Meetings fast approaching, the Guardians now look towards the future as they hope to continue their trend of recent success.
On Twitter, Guardians analyst and former pitcher Jensen Lewis made a bold prediction for the Guardians in free agency, citing Josh Bell as somebody who the team could target.

With big bats such as Jose Ramirez, Steven Kwan, Andres Gimenez, Josh Naylor, and Oscar Gonzalez in the lineup, the addition of Bell would be huge for the Guardians.
The switch-hitting first baseman was acquired by the San Diego Padres in the Juan Soto deal.
The 30-year-old was off to a hot start with the Washington Nationals, but saw his production dip upon his arrival in San Diego.
Bell is now one of the top free agent sluggers on the market, and could potentially be a fit for the designated hitter role if signed by the Guardians.
He could also split time at first base with Naylor and potentially play a little in the outfield.
Needless to say, if the Guardians were to make this move, they could potentially emerge as one of the elite teams in the American League.
