Cleveland Guardians fans were sent an important newsletter on Friday.
It’s about renovations being made at Progressive Field.
For the team, it’s important to have a modern stadium with the best available seats for more comfort.
The organization took its time to explain the renovations with pictures and details of the works being performed.
“#Guardians named the areas where they have chopped out seating areas down the left field line & right field upper deck ‘The Pennant District’ and ‘The Terrace Garden.’ Photos and descriptions of the areas that will open this season from the newsletter sent to fans today,” reporter and media veteran Daryl Ruiter tweeted.

The Pennant District, the area in right field’s upper deck, will feature “a new, open-air group outing area”.
That area will be able to host large groups or it can be divided into three smaller areas to “host more intimate events.”
The Terrace Garden, the area in left field’s upper deck, will have an outdoor patio “similar to that of a brewery or restaurant.”
These seats/spaces will offer great views and eating options nearby.
No special tickets will be needed to access the Terrace Garden: it will be open on a first-come, first-served basis to everyone who has a ticket.
It’s always good to see MLB teams working on giving fans the best possible experience at the ballpark, and the Guardians are no exception.
They are getting ready for what looks to be a pivotal season, and the organization knows that goes well beyond the team they field.
