Baseball players have different styles, taste in cars, and financial realities.
There is nothing wrong with people spending their hard-earned money on fancy cars if they have it: they worked for it.
We know Cleveland Guardians star Jose Ramirez worked a lot to get where he is.
He has been a major leaguer since 2013, and his work ethic and discipline has earned him two nice contracts: a four-year, $26 million deal in 2017 (with two option years that were picked up), and then a seven-year, $141 million pact in 2022.
He can certainly afford a Tesla Cybertruck, and if he wants to get one, he should have every right.
He did just that, and arrived at Guardians camp with his new wheels.
“#Guardians Jose Ramirez got a Tesla Cybertruck!” Guardians Prospective tweeted.

They showed a cool picture of the talented infielder sitting on top of his new car.
Its shape makes it a bit peculiar, as does the fact that it has no paint: just stainless steel.
We are sure that the truck has been the talk of the day in Guardians camp.
A player who gives so much time and resources to the community, as Ramirez usually does, can buy and ride whatever he wants.
It will be a key season for the Guardians and J-Ram, as they will try to return to the postseason after a one-year hiatus in 2023.
As long as he is happy and healthy, Cleveland will have a chance and if a car helps, then fans will urge him to buy another one.
