The Cleveland Guardians have the best third baseman in all of baseball, and it’s not even close.
Jose Ramirez has established himself as a true force of nature.
The future first-ballot Hall of Famer continues to make history, almost by the day at this point.
As pointed out by OptaSTATS, he just joined quite an elite and exclusive club with his latest milestone.
To this day, he has 276 home runs and 274 stolen bases in his 13-year career in the Majors.
As such, he only needs one more steal to join the likes of Carlos Beltran, Barry Bonds, Andre Dawson, and Bobby Bonds as the only five players in MLB history to log at least 275 home runs and 275 stolen bases in their first 13 years in the league.

The Guardians haven’t always lived up to his standards.
He’s been a superstar for years now, yet the rest of the team has yet to catch up.
Even so, while he’s clearly not getting any younger and has been around the league for a very long time, he’s not showing any signs of slowing down whatsoever, and he’s not going anywhere anytime soon.
He’s having one of the best seasons of his career, which is a lot to say if you consider his age and what he’s accomplished throughout his days in the league.
Hopefully, he will get an opportunity to lead this team to the mountaintop and win a World Series ring before riding into the sunset, as few players deserve it more than him.
