A player, in order to perform to the top of his abilities, has to be comfortable and should have peace of mind.
In order to do that, he needs to be represented by the agency that he feels does the best job taking care of his needs.
With this in mind, one Cleveland Guardians prospect recently switched agents.
“#Guardians 22yr old switch hitting INF prospect Juan Brito has switched agencies. He is no longer represented by ISE and is now represented by Klutch Sports Group,” Guardians Prospective tweeted.

ISE has had, and currently has, several high-profile athletes in multiple sports, including baseball.
However, the player chose to join the Klutch Sports Group, which recently announced that it would be venturing into baseball.
They absorbed Rep 1, a talent representation agency, in mid-December.
They are now adding a solid prospect to their list of clients.
Brito, 22, appears to have a very bright future ahead in MLB with the Guardians.
He started out the 2023 season in High-A and excelled, hitting .265/.379/.424 with a 129 wRC+ (100 is considered league-average offensive performance).
He also had a productive stint in Double-A, slashing .276/.373/.444 with 10 home runs and a 125 wRC+.
In five Triple-A games, he posted a 115 wRC+.
Brito, who can play second base, third base, and shortstop, could potentially make the majors in 2024 if all goes well.
He was acquired in the Nolan Jones trade with the Colorado Rockies.
Jones has already broken out in the Rocky Mountains, but there is a chance Brito contributes to the Guardians at some point in 2024 or 2025.
