Contrary to most people around Major League Baseball’s expectations, the Cleveland Guardians are a legitimate postseason contender this season.
After a few tough losses against the Detroit Tigers, the Guardians bounced back with a come-from-behind victory on Wednesday to keep their hold on first place in the AL Central.
Overall, this Guardians team has been fun for fans to watch.
From the emergence of Andres Gimenez to Josh Naylor‘s John Cena “You can’t see me” celebration, the Guardians have had a ton of success stories and fun moments during the 2022 regular season.
Guardians insider Al Pawlowski shared his perspective on just how entertaining this Guardians team is to watch.

Fun Times In Cleveland Today
When a team comes out of nowhere to surprise everybody, there are bound to be a ton of fun success stories.
As Pawlowski mentions, Gimenez had the bat flip of the century earlier this season, while James Karinchak entertains fans with his “Look at me” celebration.
This is a young upstart team with a lot of talent on its roster.
Those outside of Cleveland may find it easy to overlook anybody not named Shane Bieber or Jose Ramirez on the Guardians roster, but there is so much more there than what meets the eye.
Pawlowski also talks about the emotion they bring.
The finest example of that would be Naylor, who has had some of the most raucous celebrations after hitting home runs.
Whether it was tossing his helmet down the tunnel after a grand slam in Chicago or head-butting manager Terry Francona after a walk-off, Naylor brings the energy and the fire to this Guardians team.
Beyond all that, they’re simply a good ballclub that has a chance to surprise us all in October.
