The Spring Breakout debuted last year in MLB with positive results.
Each team will put together a roster with some of their top prospects to play a game against another MLB squad’s prospects.
In 2025, those who follow the farm systems and the prospect world will get to enjoy 16 highly exciting games with some of the best talents in the minor leagues.
This year, the event will take place on March 13-16, and of course, the Cleveland Guardians will be present.
Last year, 71 of MLB Pipeline’s Top 100 prospects gave their all for the fans’ enjoyment at Cactus and Grapefruit League ballparks.
We will enjoy a similarly thrilling spectacle this time around.
The Guardians, who boast one of the best and deepest farm systems in baseball, announced their roster on Thursday.

They will be playing the Seattle Mariners at Goodyear Ballpark on March 14, starting at 8:05 pm ET.
Some of the best prospects in the Guardians organization will get to showcase their abilities.
For example, 2024 No. 1 overall pick Travis Bazzana will be there, as will other top prospects such as Angel Genao, Cooper Ingle, Welbyn Francisca, CJ Kayfus, Ralphy Velazquez, Jaison Chourio, Petey Halpin, and Alfonsin Rosario.
Among the most exciting arms taking part in the game for Cleveland will be Aaron Davenport, Magnus Ellerts, Parker Messick, Austin Peterson, and Matt ‘Tugboat’ Wilkinson.
It’s an impressive collection of talent, of all ages and from all backgrounds and levels.
It’s almost like an All-Star Game, and prospect enthusiasts and evaluators will certainly be watching closely.
