The Cleveland Guardians shocked the world last season with a trip to the ALCS.
However, their red-hot bats couldn’t keep up their strong start to the season, and all the issues with the pitching rotation exposed the team when it mattered the most.
Now, there are still some major concerns regarding the offense, but the rotation should be a little better.
With that in mind, renowned Cleveland sports figure Bruce Drennan shared his pick to be the fifth starter.
In the latest edition of his show, he believes that either Triston McKenzie or Logan Allen will get the nod.
Who do you think will round out the Guardian's starting rotation?

He believes Luis L. Ortiz is a lock to crack the rotation after the team traded for him, so that fifth spot will most likely be up for grabs.
Notably, while he didn’t mention him, Joey Cantillo will also most likely draw some strong consideration.
Then again, Brennan did point out that the Guardians will most likely get Shane Bieber back just around the All-Star Game, and that will be a massive boost for Stephen Vogt’s team.
Tanner Bibee will begin the season as the team’s ace, with Gavin Williams as their second starter.
If they’re able to hold down the fort and keep things rolling without Bieber, this team could be very dangerous down the stretch.
Of course, banking on someone to have a stellar season fresh off Tommy John surgery is a big risk, but there are still reasons to be encouraged about this team in 2025.
