We are already in 2025, and it’s a year full of goals and challenges for the Cleveland Guardians.
They are one of the best and firmest up-and-coming forces not only in the American League, but in MLB as a whole.
Yes, 2025 is here, but we can’t forget about what happened in 2024.
It will probably go down as the year in which it all started, when the project took enough steps forward that it enabled a deep postseason run that almost delivered a World Series berth.
The organization is making sure to extend that feeling of pride throughout the entire staff and every player with a good set of eyes.

That’s right: the Guardians are reminding everyone that steps on the spring training field about what they all achieved last year.
There could be an AL pennant or, better yet, a World Series champions flag out there next year if everybody pitches in, just like it happened last year.
The Guardians are too good not to be part of the playoffs picture this season, and it will come down to roster depth and quality in October.
If every department can execute when needed, we could be talking about the longest World Series drought in baseball finally being over in the fall.
It definitely won’t be easy, but Guardians fans have every reason to dream about that kind of scenario.
The tools for another magical campaign are there.
