The Cleveland Guardians might not have the most explosive offense in MLB, but the 2024 unit took a significant step forward compared to the 2023 and, particularly, the 2022 edition.
Their best player remains Jose Ramirez, who flirted with a 40-40 campaign and posted a .872 OPS.
He is the leader of a significant Dominican crew on the Guardians, one that includes two of the best prospects in the organization in Juan Brito and Angel Martinez and powerful outfielder Jhonkensy Noel.
The entire group is back home in the Dominican Republic getting some batting practice and staying in shape work the 2025 campaign in mind.

It doesn’t take a whole of baseball knowledge to notice that the ball just sounds different when coming out of Ramirez’s bat.
And he is just doing some batting practice!
Ramirez will remain the best player on the Guardians in 2025 barring some unexpected decline
Noel had his moments in MLB during the regular season and scored a huge, game-tying home run in the ninth inning of Game 6 of the American League Championship Series against the New York Yankees.
Martinez and Brito will likely be competing for the second base gig unless the Guardians sign someone to play the keystone.
The former accumulated some MLB experience this year, while the latter hit 40 doubles and 21 doubles for Triple-A Columbus and is full of potential.
The Guardians are happy to see them training and getting ready, and they get to do it at home in familiar surroundings.
