Corey Kluber is a Cleveland Guardians legend.
The right-hander won not one, but two AL Cy Young awards in a Guards uniform and compiled a 98-58 record with a 3.16 ERA in Cleveland.
He is also a three-time All-Star.
Kluber was a star in those brilliant Guardians teams of last decade, as was Jason Kipnis.
Kipnis was, like Kluber, part of that squad that made it all the way to the World Series in 2016.
He hit a solid .261/.333/.417 with a .750 OPS in nine seasons in Cleveland, with two All-Star berths, two top-20 finishes in the AL MVP race, and multiple campaigns with at least 15 home runs and 20 stolen bases.
Both of them got to return to Progressive Field on Saturday, in front of the fans that made them franchise legends, thanks to the Savannah Bananas.
The Savannah Bananas are an exhibition barnstorming team that makes baseball fun and takes its unique experience to several locations around the country.
They played an exhibition on Saturday at 6:30 pm ET, and when they announced Kluber, the stadium vigorously cheered and applauded him:
“Suiting up in the yellows, it’s two-time All-Star and two-time Cy Young Award Winner, Corey Kluber!” their official Twitter account wrote with the exciting video.

Kluber even got to pitch a little and receive the love of thousands of fans in Cleveland.
Kipnis, of course, also got to play:

Fans at Progressive Field got to enjoy a true show, all while the Guardians earned a win against the Minnesota Twins in Target Field.
It was a good night to be a Cleveland baseball fan.
