The Cleveland Guardians are focused on the 2024 season and going as far as they can with a really talented and deep roster.
They are definitely on the right path, heading into the second half with the best record in the American League.
However, team insider Zack Meisel revealed, on Thursday, details about the 2025 campaign.
To be more specific, he reported the dates and opponents for the Guardians’ Opening Day and home opener.
“Guardians 2025 schedule Opening Day: March 27 at Royals Home opener: April 8 vs White Sox,” The Athletic’s Zack Meisel tweeted.

Once again, just like it happened in 2024, the Guardians will kick off the 2025 campaign on the road.
They faced the Oakland Athletics on Opening Day this year but will take on the Kansas City Royals in 2025.
The Royals, as you probably know by now, are an emerging force in the AL Central.
They left behind years of mediocrity and decided to go for it this year, signing several high-profile players.
They have cooled off after a really hot start, but their 52-45 record tells you that they are surprisingly competitive and should be even better next year.
Cleveland will be on the road for a couple of weeks to open the year and will return home to face the same foe against which they had their home opener in 2024: the Chicago White Sox.
The Pale Hose remain one of the weakest teams in the league and that should remain the case next year since they are rebuilding.
The hope, from Guardians fans, is that the team can play these games next year after having won their first World Series title since 1948 in 2024.
