In 2024, Aaron Judge has accumulated home runs, Luis Arraez has made it rain with hits, and no one has scored more runs than Bobby Witt Jr.
Well, when it comes to runs batted in (the famous RBI), there has been no one quite like Jose Ramirez, the star of the Cleveland Guardians.
J-Ram opened play on Thursday with 58 RBI, leading the league in the stat.
Well, he reached 60 in the afternoon game against the Kansas City Royals.
“Another at-bat, another run driven in! Make it 60 RBI on the season for José (and counting)!” Bally Sports Cleveland tweeted, showing a video of the infield single in which Ramirez got his 60th RBI.

Ramirez has played 60 games in the 2024 season as of right now, including Thursday’s affair.
He now has 60 RBI, which is amazing.
One per game: not a bad average to brag about, is it?
At this point, we can say Ramirez is officially back to dominating opposing pitchers, like he has for almost a decade now.
Earlier in the game, he homered against Royals starter Brady Singer to give him 17 for the year, with 59 RBI.
Now, he has achieved his 60th run batted in and keeps a tasty pace that could potentially approach 150-160 RBI.
He is in a position to drive in more runs than anyone in franchise history since 1999 Manny Ramirez.
There is just something about the Ramirez that makes them drive people in when they see them on the bases.
Ramirez keeps solidifying his position as an all-time franchise great every day.
