No matter how old a player gets, it can’t get old seeing a bobblehead doll of yourself no matter how many times you get presented with bobbleheads that completely miss the mark and look nothing like you.
Fortunately for Jose Ramirez, he hasn’t lost the child in him and he still appreciates the little things that come with being a professional baseball player, like seeing your own bobblehead doll.
The Cleveland Guardians shared a video on their official Twitter account of Ramirez being handed his new bobblehead, and his response was heartwarming as he immediately perked up and excitedly said, “It looks a lot like me!”

Ramirez received the City Connect bobblehead that will be given to the first 12,500 fans who come to the game today against the Minnesota Twins.
Ramirez is hitting only .249 so far this season but is on pace for 36 homers and 137 RBI, so hopefully having his new bobblehead can help him get hot at the plate and start bumping that average up to where fans are normally accustomed to seeing it.
Cleveland is currently sitting atop the AL Central at 28-17 with the Twins just 3.5 games behind after their recent 12-game winning streak, while the surprising Kansas City Royals are just 1.5 games back in second place.
Ramirez continues to be the heart and soul of not only this lineup but this entire organization.
Even after 12 years with the team, he still gets excited to see his own bobblehead doll, which is exactly what you want from the face of your franchise.
