The Cleveland Guardians don’t have to worry about starting pitching.
They have a former Cy Young winner in Shane Bieber (who is showing increased velocity), 2023 AL Rookie of the Year runner-up Tanner Bibee, Gavin Williams, Triston McKenzie, Logan Allen, Ben Lively, Carlos Carrasco, and other depth options.
Most of them are under 30, and that includes Bieber.
Bibee is turning 25 years old on Tuesday, and he already has a 2.98-ERA season under his belt (in 142 innings).
The sky is the limit for him, and he has become a fan favorite in Cleveland.
Besides being a star pitcher and the future ace of the Guardians, Bibee is a solid kid who grew up surrounded by love and support from his parents.
His father, Scott, shared a wholesome message and a picture of Bibee as a child to celebrate his birthday.
“25 years ago this happened and look at you now. Happy Birthday my boy. Mom and I love you so much and are so proud of you have a great day!!!!,” Mr. Bibee tweeted.

He also shared a picture of baby Bibee holding a baseball, and it looks so big in his hands!
He mastered the art of pitching throughout the years, with the help and never-ending support from his parents.
Now, he is one of the leaders of an MLB rotation at just 25 years old.
The future is bright for Bibee, but even if he fails, it’s comforting knowing that his parents will always be there for him no matter what.
That’s all that matters: everything else is secondary.
