The Cleveland Guardians continue to get some stellar production from Kyle Manzardo.
The lefty first baseman has been one of the hottest hitters in the game lately.
He went 1-for-4 with a solo homer in the 4-3 home win over the Miami Marlins.
As pointed out by Brady Hamilton, he now has more home runs (21) this season than some of the most renowned sluggers in all of baseball.
Kyle Manzardo now has more HR’s than the following:
Mike Trout
Manny Machado
Marcell Ozuna
Matt Olson
Vlad Guerro Jr.
Andy Pages
Elly De La Cruz
Kyle Tucker
Josh Naylor 👀Manzardo is going to be really good for years to come.#GuardsBall https://t.co/XZiVGuCnQM

Manzardo has been red-hot in the second half of the season.
He hit the second of back-to-back homers in the first inning, right after Jose Ramirez blasted his 24th homer of the season.
That was his third homer in the last two games, and his sixth in 19 games since the All-Star break.
He’s hitting .383 in his last 15 games, and he’s done an outstanding job of keeping the team afloat while Jose Ramirez and Steven Kwan struggled at the plate.
With Ramirez recording his franchise-best 27th career multi-homer game and potentially getting out of his slump, this team could be a legitimate threat if Manzardo continues to rake the ball at this rate.
He’s hitting for both power and contact, and he’s making a strong case for getting plate appearances every single day after not being a regular starter for Stephen Vogt earlier in the season.
The Guardians have won eight of their last 10 games, and they’re just one game behind the New York Yankees for the final Wild Card spot.
It won’t be easy, and they won’t have much – if any – margin for error, but they’re definitely trending in the right direction.
