The Cleveland Guardians might have lots of problems, but they also have one of the best players in MLB to help solve them.
Jose Ramirez, an underrated star still in his prime, is a breath of fresh air for his manager, coaches, fans, and the front office.
He gives Cleveland solutions and is showing no signs of slowing down.
In fact, he has been around for so long that he has climbed to a prime spot on the franchise’s all-time games played list.
“The (GOAT) moves into 4th on the franchise leaderboard for games played, the team announced via X.

You don’t get to play 1,527 games for the same organization if you aren’t consistently great.
Those two words describe Ramirez and his career to perfection.
He is currently 32, so there could be many more games in store for him.
He has a realistic shot at becoming the all-time leader in games played for the Guardians early next year if he avoids injuries.
Terry Turner is at the top of the list, but his record is in danger.
It’s not like J-Ram needs to become the leader in this particular list to be considered a franchise legend, because he already is, but it would definitely be a cool achievement for one of the very best players ever to don a Guardians uniform.
In true Ramirez fashion, he began Wednesday’s game against the Toronto Blue Jays with an RBI hit.
Even at his current age, when many players start declining, the third baseman boasts a .317 batting average, a 148 wRC+, 13 home runs, and 20 stolen bases entering Wednesday’s contest.
He is truly one of a kind, and Guardians fans are lucky to witness his career unfold.
